KCM offers an extensive variety of both cultural and leisure trips and in an average year the school mounts minimum 2 expeditions.
Students at KCM benefit from an astounding array of trips and visits. Trips give our pupils unique opportunities to develop their resourcefulness and initiative, and to spend time together in a more relaxed environment. They enhance different subjects within the curriculum. Each trip is different. Some are directly related to the curriculum; some are designed to boost social awareness or enhance physical skills, self-reliance and team-working. Others extend girls’ knowledge of the world. All add crucial breadth to their development and education. Trips at KCM include visits to historic sites, museums, galleries, natural features, government settings, places of worship and lectures. In addition to the great variety of trips and visits organised by departments, there are some residential trips on offer each year.
